Razorback fans of and visitors to the University of Arkansas have the opportunity to attend sporting events year-round, as the school currently fields 19 total varsity teams — eight men’s and 11 women’s — in 11 sports. The men’s varsity sports include baseball, basketball, cross country, golf, tennis, indoor and outdoor track and field, and of course, football; the women’s varsity sports include basketball, cross country, golf, gymnastics, soccer, indoor and outdoor track and field, swimming and diving, tennis, softball and volleyball.
Staying for a while? Fayetteville Parks and Recreation offers Adult Sport options in kickball, volleyball, soccer, and slow pitch softball. Youth leagues are available for fast pitch softball and soccer!
