The annual Fat Saturday Parade of Fools will march through downtown on Saturday, March 1, 2025.
Dust off your Mardi Gras best and gather your Krewe, floats and beads! The family-friendly traditional Parade of Fools will once again kick off the Mardi Gras celebration in Fayetteville, AR at 2:00pm on the Historic Downtown Square and then head down Block Avenue and Dickson Street.

Mardi Gras has been celebrated in downtown Fayetteville with Fat Tuesday on Dickson Street for at least 30 years! Within a decade, the Fat Saturday Parade of Fools became tradition, now rolling every year on the Saturday before Fat Tuesday. This year, Fat Tuesday festivities will take place on March 4th.
