Beginning from Fayetteville’s Historic Downtown, follow this 3.3-mile route along bicycle-friendly streets and paved trails to locate the award-winning Arkansas Champion and Amazing Trees of Fayetteville. As cyclists wind through Fayetteville’s historic districts and oldest public park they’ll discover Dawn Redwoods - a species of tree that has existed for 50 million years, Eastern Red Cedars planted over 130 years ago, and “Witness Trees” that have lived through 17 different U.S. Presidents! Family and e-scooter friendly, once finished you don’t have to look far to find a post ride treat in Fayetteville’s Downtown like Alchemy Macarons – serving up 15 flavors of French macarons filled with fine chocolates and house made jams!
