December 10-14, 2025
Get ready for the party, Fayetteville! Cyclocross is back at Centennial Park with USA Cycling Cyclocross National Champtionships. If you missed the fun of the World Cyclocross Championship in 2022, you are in for a treat! Cyclocross is an a cool-weather bike race on a short, multi-terrain circuit featuring obstacles like barriers, stairs, and sand pits, requiring riders to dismount and carry their bikes over difficult sections. It blends elements of road cycling and mountain biking, creating a high-intensity, spectator-friendly event with a festival atmosphere. The sport tests a cyclist's skill, power, and adaptability, as they navigate varied conditions, from mud and grass to pavement, often in foul weather.
This madcap style of racing is tons of fun for spectators, and we're planning a mountaintop party like none other.
Both the 2025 and 2026 USA Cycling Cyclocross National Championships will be held in Fayetteville at Centennial Park. The Cyclocross National Championships is a pinnacle event in American cycling, which showcases elite, collegiate, and amateur athletes competing for national titles. While world-class athletes will be competing, non-championship races are also included on the schedule and open to the public – the only requirement is a USA Cycling license.
