Inn at Carnall Hall: Historic hotel built as women's dorm in 1906 on the University of Arkansas Campus, close to the Dickson Street night life. Ella's Restaurant and Lambeth Lounge on premises, non-smoking, Complimentary high-speed internet in all guest rooms, fax and copy service available. Meeting facilities are available.

LaQuinta Inn: Located close to Northwest Arkansas Mall and Washington Regional Medical Hospital. Complimentary breakfast, LaQuinta Inn Returns Points for a Free Night: 11000, 58 rooms, Heated indoor pool & spa.

Motel 6: Close to University of Arkansas and Northwest Arkansas Mall. Clean, affordable rooms.

Mount Sequoyah Conference and Retreat Center: Historic Conference and Retreat Center is located on 32-acre park-setting campus in downtown Fayetteville, on the scenic top of a mountain. Overnight lodging and multiple meeting spaces in facilities are available; 300+ people for day conferences; large auditorium for 450, small chapel for 125, Outdoor recreational facilities with large outdoor pool.

North Forty B & B: Bed and Breakfast located on scenic property just outside of downtown Fayetteville.

Pratt Place Inn: Pratt Place Inn is Fayetteville's only AAA Four Diamond Hotel. Located just a half-mile from the U of A, this Southern Paradise sits on 140 acres of private property with miles of jogging and walking trails. The original house was built in 1895 and rehabilitated as an inn in 2008. Guests' comfort and pleasure guided the creation of the Inn's seven suites, each one different from the other.
