Experience Fayetteville recognized its 2018 Hospitality Heroes Tuesday at an annual awards luncheon held at the Fayetteville Town Center.
The Hospitality Hero program, created in 2013 by Experience Fayetteville, invites customers or managers of Fayetteville hotels and restaurants to nominate individual employees of those businesses for a Hospitality Hero Award based on the employee’s exceptional customer service.
The individual finalists for the year included Stephanie Hubert – 64-94 Bistro at The Chancellor Hotel; Scott Wilson – Homewood Suites; Miranda Miller – Sleep Inn; Josh Hardin – Homewood Suites; Shea Veasly Smith – La Quinta Inn and Suites; Bry Mulikin – Hampton Inn and Suites; Richard Ewing – Courtyard by Marriott; Dustin Alderson – Candlewood Suites and Kathy Boley – Hampton Inn and Suites.
“Exceptional customer service is critical to the success and growth of any business, and these individuals are to be commended for delivering an exceptional experience to our city’s residents and guests,” said Molly Rawn, executive director of Experience Fayetteville. “It’s our goal to make Fayetteville a great experience at every turn, and we are well on our way to doing that.”
