Half Day | 4 Stops
This mini-adventure is guided by Nichole, mom to two incredible adventurers, an older boy and a younger girl, on their seventh year of homeschooling. She has been married to her best friend for fifteen years and they share a mutual love for the outdoors. An Iowan native now living in the south, she is happy to claim Arkansas as home. She is a wanderlust (and coffee) fueled, fearless, road tripper who has been known to take off for epic adventures at a moments notice. Hiking and camping (of the backpacking variety) and crystal digging are a few of their favorite family activities. You can find her in the woods somewhere, probably up a creek, and jumping off waterfalls.

Author: Nichole of Luckey Wanderers
A sweet treat stop and some spots to burn off the sugar! Fayetteville, Arkansas has some incredible dessert and drink spots, including some amazing macaroons and a specialty drink spot that has a little something for everyone. Plus, the coolest basketball court you’ve ever seen! Be sure to check out the most whimsical playground, with its own castle!
Stop 1: Art Court
This basketball court is a work of art you can play in! It’s a really fun, playable court with three hoops. Two hoops are lower, and one is raised to regulation height. Two of the hoops face each other for some short court action. The art is really fun, and it’s a great place to play. Be sure to check the website for open hours.
Stop 2: Alchemy Macarons
The cutest macaroon and tea shop. They have a wide variety of specialty teas and a great selection of fresh macaroons! We tried the honey lavender, birthday cake, and cookies and cream, and they were phenomenal. The tea smelled amazing! We will definitely try the fruity tea next time we go. Check out the tea on the wall for a peek at what they offer.
Stop 3: Pink House Alchemy
This adorable spot is part coffee shop, part gift shop. They have an incredible drink and mocktail menu, too. The hummingbird is the perfect refresher on a hot day. Be sure to check out their selection of syrups and other items in the shop. They also have the cutest coffee mugs and a great selection of drinkware.
Stop 4: Wilson Park
This completely whimsical playground in Fayetteville feels like something out of a storybook. See if you can spot the faces and all of the unique details as you walk around. Be sure to bring water because it can get pretty hot there! The park also has a great walking trail and shaded areas to play and relax.
