There’s that colorful old saying, “If you can’t run with the big dogs, stay on the porch,” but in this particular case, you can play with the big dogs if you’re willing to leave the porch and head to the volleyball court!

Ozark Volleyball Club, an adult volleyball club for players at all skill levels, is based in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and will be hosting the Big Dog 2021 doubles volleyball tourney for both men and women. The purse is a hefty $8,000 and there are both “Open” and “A” divisions. Cash and prizes will go to first, second and third place teams in the “Open” division; cash will be awarded to the first-place team and prizes to the second-place team in the “A” division.

The competition takes place at Veteran’s Memorial Park at Lake Fayetteville over two days, with women’s doubles on September 4 and men’s doubles on September 5.

Registration is required and the cost of entry per team is $100.
