In a city full of creatives and makers, it’s no surprise that we’ve got first class resale shops full of unique, fun, and fabulous items. A visit on any given day might lead you to a mid-century chaise, a funky woven vintage belt, creepy decor, jewelry made from recycled materials, or an ornate ball gown. We’ve seen them all right here in Fayetteville! Drawing inspiration from the lifestyle and culture of our lovely city right here in the heart of the Ozarks, these charming shops embody the vibe of Fayetteville - plus, shopping resale is good for the environment!

410 Vintage Market | 410 N College Ave

This is the mecca of mid-century modern pieces in Northwest Arkansas, with an entire half of the store filled with furniture gems from the 40s through the 70s. While not the most inexpensive thrifting location around, it’s definitely got the rare and wow factor down, and each piece is in impeccable condition. Truly a steal for many of the items you’ll find! The other half of the store is dedicated to multiple vendors, mostly peddling vintage furniture - some with very thrifty price tags! 410 also wins for the most interesting lighting fixtures around. Charming and fun!

Aline Consignment | 200 E Poplar St

Aline has been in Fayetteville since first opening up shop on the Square in 1995! They specialize in high end and designer fashion, with consignors from all over the world contributing to their inventory. It’s not just clothing – you can also find incredible accessories and the most beautiful shoes. Don’t be put off by the ‘high end’ label either – there are pieces for every type of body and prices for every budget in Aline. They love the sustainability of shopping secondhand, and they make it feel glamorous to do so.

Cheap Thrills | 120 S E Ave

Cheap Thrills is a Fayetteville favorite and long time staple, selling second hand clothing for both men and women at a steep discount for 25+ years! From contemporary clothing to prom dresses to vintage everything, it’s here. Particularly impressive is Cheap Thrills’ collection of dresses from the 30s through the 60s, which are incredibly fun to rifle through even if you don’t end up taking anything home with you. It’s also hands down the best place in town for Halloween shopping – those unique pieces will set you apart!

Fayetteville’s Funky Flea Market | 693 W North St

We know people say this a lot, but we mean it: you have never seen a flea market like this. It’s got serious yard sale vibes – if that yard sale was set up on 10,000 square feet! It’s definitely funky, and maybe a little wacky, as you never know what you’re going to find in the 150+ booths within. Tons of furniture, vintage vinyl, trinkets galore, old classroom posters, Christmas trees in July, handmade items – name it, and you’ll probably stumble across it as you shop this labyrinth of a flea market. It’s easy to get ‘lost’, and stumbling from one quirky corner to another is a true delight.

In Retrospect | 10 E Township St

In Retrospect is a multi-vendor flea market in midtown Fayetteville with a kitschy flair - and that’s meant in the best way! This spot has become so popular that they’ve had to double their square footage since opening, which means even more fun finds for you to stumble upon. You can usually find some furniture, but primarily a ton of decorative and home items to spice up your space. You can generally find costume jewelry and a few vintage accessories if you look around, too!
