One of the most popular family events in Fayetteville, Puppets in the Park, will take place Saturday, Oct. 14, at Wilson Park.

The 10th annual Puppets in the Park, a creative and fun family experience for all, is a free festival celebrating the art of puppetry and performance arts.

The Symphony of Northwest Arkansas (SoNA) kicks off its 2017-18 Season on Saturday, Oct. 14, with its Masterworks I: Tchaikovsky 5 concert in Baum Walker Hall at the Walton Arts Center.

The fall season is officially underway, and what better way to celebrate than Fall Harvest Fest at the Fayetteville Farmers’ Market.

On Saturday, Oct. 7, from 9 a.m. to noon, come to the Historic Downtown Square to enjoy the sights, sounds and tastes of the season with a variety of activities for everyone. Fall Harvest Fest is free and open to the public.

The Walton Arts Center opens their 2017/18 Broadway Series with a production of Rodgers & Hammerstein’s musical “The King and I” Oct. 3-8. The popular series brings some of the most heralded theatrical productions in the world to Fayetteville.

The Historic Downtown Square will be ground-zero on Sunday, October 1, for some of the best craft beers in Arkansas.

Oktoberfest, a family friendly event held in Fayetteville every fall, features craft beer and live music. It will be held 1-7 p.m. and is put on by the Arkansas Brewers Guild.
