Local art gallery VELESERO is hosting its first-ever group show and sale, just in time for the holidays! On December 9th and 10th, The Small Show will be on display inside the studio, free and open to the public.
The Small Show will display works that are, quite literally, small – featuring new work created by 8 local and national artists with distinct styles, united by their miniscule size! Expect to find original paintings, pen and ink pieces, sculpture, block printing, graphic design, and photography, all created with gifting in mind. Gallery owner Mark Jackson will also feature small paintings and mixed media pieces of his own creation for sale alongside the visiting artists.
Original works of art will be for sale starting at an astonishingly low $20, with plenty of diverse and interesting pieces to choose from. Even if you’re not sure who to shop for, The Small Show will be a whimsical and fun way to support artists in Fayetteville. VELESERO’s hilltop view of Old Main, gorgeous building, and free refreshments are certain to make perfect complements to an evening full of interesting folks and never-before-seen art!
See and shop the show at VELESERO on Friday, December 9th from 4-9pm and Saturday, December 10th from 10am-2pm. Visiting artists Matt Avery, Alex Bodishbaugh, John Jackson, Anna Jacobs, Liz Lane, Miller Matlock, and Sean Womack will be displaying their works inside the gallery space, with remaining inventory (if any) listed online after the conclusion of the show.
The Small Show at VELESERO is free to attend and open to the public. No tickets or RSVPs are necessary to attend. All works will be for sale and available for purchase in-person at the gallery (7200 S Pleasant Ridge Dr) or online at velesero.com.
