Walton Arts Center will showcase the creative talents of Arkansas artists from communities across the region in the fifth annual exhibition of Our Art, Our Region, Our Time, on display in the new Alexander Gallery at the Porter Art Warehouse on Wednesday, Oct. 29 through Sunday, Dec. 21.

The exhibition includes 89 pieces by 75 artists representing 19 cities and the diverse communities that make up our region. A complete list of the artists and their hometowns are included below.

The regional art exhibition continues to grow in popularity among local artists with 235 artists submitting 450 pieces of art this year, both are record responses to the annual call for submissions. Walton Arts Center’s visual arts committee reviews each piece with the goal of curating an exhibition that showcases the wide variety of artists who are working in our region and the works that they create.

The public is invited to a ribbon cutting for the new gallery and opening reception for the exhibition at 5:30 pm on Wednesday, Oct. 29. The free exhibition in the new Alexander Gallery at the Porter Art Warehouse will on display through Saturday, Nov. 15.

Hours for the new gallery are Monday through Saturday 11 am – 2 pm and 5 pm – 8 pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Get ready for a Halloween season like no other as "Nightmare on Block Street," an exciting and spine-chilling pop-up bar crafted by the team at Pinpoint, makes its return to Fayetteville. Limited Edition Pinball Lineup: Known for its pinball collection, Pinpoint will showcase a special selection of Halloween-themed pinball machines, boasting one of the largest collections of spooky pinball machines in the tri-state area.
