First Thursday returns to the Historic Downtown Square in Fayetteville with a series of festivals each month from May to October.
First Thursday transforms the square into an outdoor arts and music celebration from 5:30 to 9:00 p.m. on the first Thursday of each month. The free, family-friendly events include a diverse lineup of live music, artist demonstrations and installations, food trucks and an arts market featuring more than 40 independent artists who create items in a variety of media.
October 3rd - Technicolor: The Square will shine in full spectrum with lighting and activations inspired by the cinema and brought to life in part by Ozark Cirque. Dust off your bikes and cruise with Bike Fayetteville at 6pm for a slow roll/glow roll.
Join us on the mainstage as Trillium Salon Series Presents Thought Form Collective, a one-time only performance alongside silent films in color. Enjoy the headliner, Mallory Eagle, a rising presence in Country and Americana music.
Each month, a different Fayetteville Ale Trail brewery will be serving up cold beer on the Fayetteville Town Center Plaza. This month we welcome Natural State Beer Company.
First Thursday is supported by community sponsors including South by Northwest Hospitality, who sponsor the food court, Gearhead Outfitters, who sponsor waste-diversion efforts, and Lewis Automotive Group, who sponsor the Kids Zone.
First Thursday takes place within an Outdoor Refreshment Area (ORA). Alcoholic beverages from ORA restaurants and bars may be carried throughout the square and the ORA designated area.
