SoNA - Futuristic Fantasia: SoNA Goes Sci-Fi!

If you ever wanted to “go where no man (sic!) has gone before”, this is your concert, and SoNA will be your guide! We have received so many requests for a Sci-Fi film-based concert that we finally gave in and gathered together everyone’s favorites. We’ve programmed classical music that was featured in iconic movies like “2001: The Final Odyssey” and “Everything, Everywhere, and All at Once”, alongside original scores from some of the greatest sci-fi films of all time (e.g., “Star Wars”, “Star Trek”, and “Close Encounters of the Third Kind”).

In addition, you’ll hear music about events that actually inspired the writers, directors, and composers to create these monumental works of science fiction in the first place.
