The spring edition of the bi-annual Square 2 Square Bike Ride is taking off up the Razorback Regional Greenway from Bentonville to Fayetteville on Saturday, May 3rd, 2025!
This increasingly popular collaborative event between the Fayetteville Parks Department and Bentonville Parks and Recreation takes place each Spring and Fall, with the spring event beginning in Bentonville this year and the fall event beginning in Fayetteville. That's right! We are changing up the usual direction of travel for 2025!
The Square 2 Square Bike Ride - as its name implies - is not a race, but an easygoing event that’s designed for all ages and abilities. The intention of the S2S Ride, the “Official Ride of the Razorback Greenway”, is to provide an event for folks that are new to riding bikes while promoting safe riding and showcasing the Razorback Greenway.
Departing via the Razorback Greenway from the Sam's Club Home Office in Bentonville and finishing at The Upper Ramble in Fayetteville, the in-person ride will roll along the Razorback Greenway for 30 miles. For riders, it’s a fun opportunity to get outside while celebrating Northwest Arkansas’ downtown squares and enjoying the unique cycling amenities of the area that make Fayetteville such a fantastic place to live, work, visit, and play! This year, Parks & Rec officials have made it even easier to participate by providing both pre and post-ride shuttles for $10 per rider and their bike.
Just like in years past, a Do it Yourself (DIY) ride option for 2025 is being offered during the month of May, National Bike Month, in addition to the in-person event on May 3rd. The DIY ride will take place May 1st - 31st, when the weather is at its best for cycling the Razorback Greenway! Riders are welcome to start at any point along the trail if not able to ride the entire 30 miles.

Fees
- Adult - $35
- Youth - $25
- Shuttle ride - $10
Registration fee includes a Square 2 Square Bike Ride goody bag, tri-blend t-shirt, branded socks, and finisher medal. Shuttle registration is on a separate registration page. Each individual riding a shuttle needs to purchase a shuttle ride.
