The 2019 Fayetteville Roots Festival will be held Aug. 21-25 at several locations and live-music venues throughout Fayetteville and Northwest Arkansas. Featured headliners include Mavis Staples, Hiss Golden Messenger, Rhiannon Giddens with Francesco Turrisi and so many more.
The Septura Brass Septet will visit the Faulkner Performing Arts Center on the University of Arkansas campus in Fayetteville as part of their USA Tour 2018. This "dazzlingly polished" (BBC Music Magazine) ensemble brings together London's leading players to redefine brass chamber music through the uniquely expressive sound of the brass septet. The group is the Ensemble in Residence at the Royal Academy of Music in London and has recorded 10 records for Naxos Records.
