The 16th annual Northwest Arkansas Pride Parade and Festival, the largest LGBTQ Pride celebration in Arkansas, will be held in Fayetteville on Saturday, June 20, in conjunction with the 2020 Northwest Arkansas Pride events, which features events on the weekend of June 19-21, and throughout the month of June.

Fayetteville is set to host the annual Arkansaw High Country Race, a self-supported 1000-mile ultra-endurance gravel bikepacking event, starting from our Downtown Square on Saturday morning, June 6, 2020.

For our community’s safety and health, Experience Fayetteville has decided to cancel May’s First Thursday. We will continue to monitor the situation but intend to return in June. Vendor applications are now live and are being accepted through May 15. We look forward to seeing you on the square in June! 

Experience Fayetteville will kick off the annual First Thursday Fayetteville series of events on June 4 and continue through October 1. On the first Thursday of the month, the city’s historic downtown square transforms into an outdoor arts district featuring visual artists who create items in a variety of mediums. The event also includes live music, street performances, children’s activities, food trucks, a craft beer garden and more. First Thursday runs from 5:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

The Joe Martin Gran Fondo, taking place May 30, is a one-day cycling event for amateurs who would like to experience part of the same courses as the pros, but who do not want to live life on the edge — at least not for their day job!

Due to the current public health emergency Wizard Way of the Ozarks 2020 will now be held the weekend of May 16th and 17th. All tickets are being transferred to these new dates. Your ticket type and day will remain the same and we will update our schedule of events if any changes are made.
