Square 2 Square

One of the most popular things to do in Northwest Arkansas is held in September and ends on the Fayetteville Historic Downtown Square.

Square 2 Square, a 30-mile bike ride on the Razorback Regional Greenway between Bentonville and Fayetteville, will be held Saturday, Sept. 16. The event is for anyone who likes to bike, support the local cycling scene or burn calories!

Square 2 Square is held twice each year — once in the spring going from Fayetteville to Bentonville, and once in the fall going from Bentonville to Fayetteville. The event is a celebration of our downtown squares and the unique paved trail we are fortunate to have in Northwest Arkansas.

This bike ride is fun for all ages! Along the course, participants can enjoy three festive pit stops featuring entertainment, bike maintenance services and basic ride refreshments. Afterwards at the Fayetteville town square, post-ride festivities include live music at the nationally recognized Farmers’ Market, refreshments, discounts to square area businesses, bicycle valet and more!

Start times at the Bentonville town square run from 8-10:30 a.m. A pre-ride shuttle from Fayetteville to Bentonville departs at 7, 8 and 9 a.m. (Shuttle rides require a reservation.) Finish-line festivities will take place from 10:30 a.m to 3 p.m. at the Fayetteville town square.

Registration includes a T-shirt, water bottle and finisher medal. For more information, including registration costs and shuttle / packet pickup reservations, click here.
