Nestled in the Boston Mountain range of the Ozarks, Fayetteville is a favorite landing place for outdoor lovers. The 620 acres Kessler Mountain Regional Park offers a variety of mixed trails, from fast to technical, for runners from all around the country. Distances for all ability levels are open, starting with a fun 10k Night Run on the sunset of Saturday, October 30 to begin the experience, and the main distances in the morning of Sunday, October 31. Runners can choose to sign up for a 10k, a Half Marathon (Trail Run Championship) and 50k (Trail Ultra Championship).
Fayetteville will be home to the trail running community as the race is also partnering with the US Trail Running Conference that is being hosted at the Fayetteville Town Center that same week. The conference is a resource for the trail running community, providing high-quality content, networking and actionable practices to help race directors grow and develop successful trail races. Additionally, trail runners of all abilities can receive tips and techniques on how to further enjoy and excel in the sport. Special discounts are offered for those who register in the race to be a part of the conference.
Registrations are now open, and a limited number of early bird spots are available on all distances. For more information & registrations for the Spartan Trail US Championship, visit www.spartantrailuschamps.com
