The start and finish of the race will take place at Kessler Mountain Regional Park, located off Judge Cummings Rd., with the run beginning at 9am. Prizes will be awarded to the overall top three male and female finishers, as well as to the top male and female finishers in each age group.
Registration is $30 until February 1 when it will increase to $35. Registration includes custom event socks, chip timing, finisher medal, and hot soup at the finish! Participants can register online here.
New in 2019, this year a 6-week training program will be available leading up to the race. The training group will meet every Sunday from January 6 through February 10 to get runners trail ready for the technical course on Kessler Mountain. Registration for the training group is $75, which includes race registration fees.
The Frozen Toes 15K Trail Run is part of the Fayetteville Race Series, a program created by the Parks & Recreation department in 2015 to enhance the active culture of Northwest Arkansas. Other events in the series include Ladies DU Fayetteville, CycloFrost and the Square-2-Square Bike Ride.
