Fayetteville is known for its thriving arts scene, and Art Ventures is one of the most popular art galleries in the city. Its exhibit this July, “Equality Backlash: The Artist’s Eye for Social & Political Crises,” is described as a “cultural check-in” and a way for viewers to connect with the social and political crises that our country is undergoing.
In “Equality Backlash,” artists use intricate colors and designs to portray the significant effects of innocent individuals being marginalized and terrorized in their own communities.
Art Ventures is located on the Historic Downtown Square, at 1 W. Mountain, and open to the public 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. and 4-8 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday, and 1-3 p.m. Sundays.
