Fayetteville Movement Festival 2025

All day

Join us for the 4th annual Fayetteville Movement Festival held at the highest point in Fayetteville, Mount Sequoyah Center.

The Mission of Fayetteville Movement Festival is to bring together community members making positive changes in the world of dance, yoga, therapy, art, performance art, and improvisation. We hope to bridge communities to share resiliency strategies and to nurture our creativity within. Co-creating the positive changes we wish to see in this world takes curiosity, courage, and connections from all angles. Fayetteville Movement Festival hopes to inspire movements that catalyze these changes.

Classes are composed of a combination of dance, yoga, functional movement, and deep relaxation. Whatever your body needs, we have cultivated a sequence of classes and spaces to keep you feeling refreshed and to feed your mind and spirit too.

All classes are beginner accessible. Appropriate for all bodies, all ages, and all levels of experience.

This is a zero-waste event.
