Join Adam Ellzey for an all-level breathwork class.
Meeting: Art & Movement Room
The intention of this class is to bring us together as a community. We will start by learning a few styles of breathwork that we will be practicing during the main exercise. After we feel comfortable with these styles of breathing, we will move into a guided meditation to get us in a relaxed mindset. Once this is accomplished the music will start and together, we will engage in our active breathing exercise.
The class will be led by Fayetteville resident Adam Ellzey. Over the years Adam has had the privilege of attending many different breathwork workshops and benefiting tremendously from these experiences. He is eager to bring a group together to have the opportunity to share all that has been learned. As a group, we will engage in an active breathing exercise focusing on deep, intentional breaths to promote relaxation, release tension, enhance mindfulness and self-discovery. Participants often experience a sense of deep relaxation, emotional release, and inner peace as they explore the transformative power of breath together in a supportive community setting.
Yoga mat, blanket, small pillow, water bottle, and any other comfort items are recommended to bring but not necessary. Mats and blankets will be available if needed. All abilities are welcome to participate.
Join us for 'Fall at the Farm'! Enjoy a corn maze, pumpkin and sunflower patches, bounce pillows, low ropes course, barrel train, hayrides, zip-lines, trackless train, corn pool, fall ball zone, a 6-acre barnyard play area and more!

Prosperous Southwestern rancher Andres Salazar is in a brutally challenging race for Congress in the year 2050. When his own sense of humanity runs up against his stated political platform, the stakes couldn’t be higher: is compromising his sense of identity worth the potential benefits? And what’s to be done with this mysterious stranger who’s suddenly stumbled onto his ranch?

The Revolutionists is a new play about four very real women who lived boldly in France during the French Revolution’s Reign of Terror.
This dream-tweaked comedy is about art and activism, feminism and terrorism, compatriots and chosen sisters, and how we actually go about changing the world. It’s a true story. Or total fiction. Or a play about a play. Or a raucous resurrection. . . that ends in a song and a scaffold.
Directed by Guest Artist Kholoud Sawaf.
