Join Dr. Adriana Stacey, a board-certified psychiatrist for a discussion of the book, "The Anxious Generation" by Jonathan Haidt. This program will focus on solutions for helping children from having a screen-based childhood.
Discussion will be centered on the book as well as solutions based on research regarding screen conflicts at home and school, using scientific data as the backbone of decision-making.
Including being a board-certified psychiatrist and a mother of four, Dr. Stacey is a medical advisor for ScreenStrong, Phone Free School Movement, and Wait Until 8th.

Usually there is an “A” group/race (20+mph avg.) drop group,
a “B” group focused on group riding skills (16-19mph), no-drop group (meaning no one left behind),
and a “C group/ Beginner’s Group” – which is a more relaxed ride where newer cyclists learn about group riding basics and experienced riders enjoy a more social ride.

Daves Highway is the Mississippi-born trio comprised of siblings Delaney, Zachary and Erika Daves. The groups' voices combine to create a remarkable musical blend, which can only be attributed to what is known in the South as “Blood Harmony.”
Their love of music was inherited from their parents and it wasn’t long until the siblings picked up various instruments and discovered the unparalleled sound they create when singing together. “Music has always been a huge part of our lives. Whether it’s at home, church or just hanging out with friends, music is always involved. It has always been, and always will be, a part of who we are”, says Zachary.
Since posting a home video on YouTube in 2009, the group has amassed more than 20 million video views and have made concert and TV appearances across the U.S. The band!s primary musical influences are Little Big Town, The Civil Wars, John Mayer, NeedtoBreathe, Martina McBride, and The Eagles.
