While Fayetteville may be best known as the home of the University of Arkansas and the Arkansas Razorbacks, the city complements those offerings with broad cultural experiences and outdoor pursuits. Yoga in the Garden

Join us every Saturday morning in May, June, and July (with the exception of July 20th) for Yoga in the Garden, taught by instructors from the Fayetteville Athletic Center.

Please note that this is an outside event and will be canceled for weather.  Free to the public.

Feel free to bring plants / cuttings or unwanted items to swap or share! If you'd like to participate in the rummage sale, just add your name to the list.

We'll have a "free" section where you can claim or donate items (anything goes: think home goods, clothing, vinyl, etc). Everything left over will go to Peace at Home, who will have a representative on site to share more about how to support their cause throughout the year.

Author Signing with Brenda Maier

The Adventures of Penguin and Panda: Surprise! is a bubbly graphic novel apart of a series of a pair of unlikely friends. Written by @brendadmaier along with illustrations by @fannimezes . @marblepress_books

Brenda Maier is an elementary school teacher, author, and mother of five. The Little Red Fort was inspired by the time her youngest child wanted to read Little Red Hen repeatedly, and her four other children were outside finding inspiration with some boards. That first book, The Little Red Fort, led to more stories with Ruby and her brothers. Brenda lives in Oklahoma where, when she’s not teaching or doing school visits, she writes picture books and the Penguin and Panda graphic novels for young readers.

Walk & Talk at the Evergreen Cemetery

Participants will meet at the Evergreen Cemetery for a history tour led by Marilyn Heifner. Please wear outdoor walking shoes as there may be uneven terrain.

Presenter Marilyn Heifner will lead a walking tour on-site at the Evergreen Cemetery located at William and University Streets in Fayetteville. Attendees will meet at the cemetery, and the tour will last approximately 1.5 hrs.


Adam Driver Glass Showcase

Adam Driver is having a Glass Showcase, here on May 25th from 1pm - 6pm and we couldn’t be more excited!
Adam is a local community staple with a huge fan base. He has over 26 years of glassblowing experience and has left a positive impact on many aspiring glassblowers, peers, collectors, friends, family, and more!

It’s easy to get inspired by Adam, especially when you see his passion for the art and things that matter to him most.
He will be bringing a selection of beautiful glass ranging from his signature inside-out style, yellow submarines, rigs, and more! This personable showcase will allow collectors and customers to get first dibs by meeting Adam and supporting him directly.

We can’t wait to see you there! If you want to see some beautifully unique glassware, this is an event you do not want to miss.

Come hang out with Adam and let’s talk about glass! This is a functional art show.
