NWA Fiber Fest originated to meet the growing request for high quality fiber arts to be accessible in the NWA area. Our aim is to connect customers with top-notch vendors, host educational classes and increase opportunities for fiber enthusiasts. Our founders serve on our Washington County 4-H Foundation board, and will utilize proceeds from this event to support 4-H youth development through camps, workshops, scholarships and more!
The mission of the 4-H youth development program is to help youth and families realize their full potential and improve their quality of life. 4-H provides opportunities for youth to acquire knowledge, develop skills, form attitudes and practice behavior that will enable them to become self-directing, productive and contributing members of society. The Festival will be free & open to the public from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on both Friday and Saturday.
The event will be in the Thompson Hall building on the Fairgrounds. This is a fully enclosed, climate controlled building with concrete floors.
