Rainbow Fresh Feast! Farm to Table Cooking Class

08/07/2025 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm
This event does not repeat

Chase the rainbow straight to the dinner table!

Join us Wednesday, August 7 from 5:30–7:30 pm for a cooking adventure full of color and crunch where kids will make their own veggie-loaded Pad Thai and Farm-Fresh Salad with Homemade Ranch. Additionally, they’ll make a vibrant Fruit Salad that’s sure to bring every color to their plate!

This class is perfect for kids ages 7–12 who love to play with their food (in a good way!), try fun flavors, and make new friends while cooking up a storm. It’s a feast for the eyes and the belly — and every young chef will head home with a pot of gold (aka a recipe booklet) to keep tasting the rainbow at home.

Spots are limited — reserve your child’s ticket today!

Please register each child separately if you’re signing up more than one.

Qigong is a gentle, meditative movement practice that cultivates your life force energy (Qi) through breath, intention, and graceful, accessible movement. These sessions offer a peaceful way to connect with your body, calm your mind, and feel more alive, and surround yourself in the beauty of nature and community.

This standing practice includes warm-ups, stretches, and meditative movement, and can be adapted for seated practice based on your comfort and needs.

Let’s flow together—because every movement is a step toward more grace, ease, and joy in your life.

All ages and experience levels are welcome. Come as you are—no special clothing or equipment needed. Let’s breathe, move, and cultivate harmony together with feet on the earth under the open sky.
