Events under 'Outdoors'

Join us for a casual, 2 mile out-and-back hike on the Yellow Rock Loop at Devil's Den State Park, to enjoy the light of the full moon! We will be taking this hike nice and easy, to accommodate anyone who has any interest in experiencing this well-known trail at night, as well as relaxing at the overlook to enjoy the night sky. The trail is frequently traveled, well maintained, and rated as easy to moderate. There are multiple rocky sections, cliff ledges, steep inclines, and uneven surfaces. Grab your headlamp and join us for an after-dark hike!

When: February 11, 5:30 pm. We will be leaving from the North parking lot at Pack Rat AT 5:30. Please arrive early!
Where: Pack Rat Outdoor Center

Space is limited to 15 participants!

Must be 18+
No alcohol
A headlamp and water are required
Suggested Items:

Blanket, yoga mat, or chair to sit on
Camera
Materials for spotting constellations (maps, references materials, apps, etc)

Amber Violet will be performing at Ozark Natural Foods on Jan. 11th, 12-2pm. Enjoy an afternoon of live music after doing some shopping at this lovely place in Fayetteville.
Amber Violet is a Singer/Songwriter who has been playing music for the past couple years, performing at festivals, listening rooms, and private parties in and around Arkansas. Accompanying herself on guitar and keyboard, Amber’s sound pulls from influences of country, pop, punk, alternative, and classic rock, tied together by her signature vocal prominence.

Good Dog Cafe is now staring SMALL DOG SUNDAYS!

Every Sunday from 3:00-4:00! We will only allow small dogs into the park during this time frame! You are welcome to come a little early to maximize play time!
Get out and make some new friends for both you and your small doggos!
Regular admission for these events. $6 per dog with any purchase or $8 for just one dog and no other purchases. A waiver must be on file for each dog. Waivers can be signed at the register.
No set size limit, just any dogs considered to be smaller size. Dogs that would do best with other small dogs.
We do not allow children under 12 years old in the dog park, but they are welcome in the leashed area.
We will have kiddie pools out during the summer months.

Calling all GREAT PYRENEES (& Pyrenees mixes)! We are having a GREAT PYRENEES party at Good Dog Cafe from 3:00-4:30! Bring your GREAT PYRENEES to romp in the park and make some new friends!
We will be closed to the public so that only GREAT PYRENEES can attend this event.
A limited food & drink menu will be available during the entire event.
Event may be postponed if the weather doesn't cooperate.
Admission for this special event is $12 per dog and a waiver must be signed before entering the park. Dogs must meet our off-leash park requirements.
We do not allow children under 12 in the off-leash park, but they are welcome in the leashed area.
