Join us for an hour long yoga class, focusing on breath with movement, and a short meditation.
This class will provide opportunities for the practitioner to sink into the present moment with their breath and body. Meditation, breath work and focused movement will bring awareness inward. Allowing our bodies to move with intention and ease, this class will assist in aligning the physical and the mental body.
Jamie Dye has been practicing yoga for nine years, recently completing her 200 hour yoga teacher training at Trailside Yoga. She is open minded and flexible to creating a safe space for anyone in the community to learn and practice yoga. She became a registered nurse in 2005 and have cared for a wide variety of people, young and old. She is a mom to three incredible kids who keep her busy and she loves supporting them in all of their extracurricular adventures. She enjoys live music, attending plays, traveling and being outdoors.
