Sourdough Bread Workshop

Together we will explore the process of sourdough bread making. You'll get your hands in the dough at different stages of proofing, as well as learn to shape and score your own bread.

While breads are baking we will learn about the starter and how to keep yours healthy. You will leave the class with the baked bread you shaped, your own starter ready to go, a flour towel, and some new friends to share your bread knowledge with!
