Go on a journey through traditional Japanese culture as a guest to enjoy Japanese sweets and tea. The guests will try a blend of the tea family Horii Shichimeien and will create bean paste sweets to get a taste of the blends you prefer and can order.
All materials will be provided by the instructor, Jennifer Huffman.
