If you ever wanted to “go where no man (sic!) has gone before”, this is your concert, and SoNA will be your guide! We have received so many requests for a Sci-Fi film-based concert that we finally gave in and gathered together everyone’s favorites. We’ve programmed classical music that was featured in iconic movies like “2001: The Final Odyssey” and “Everything, Everywhere, and All at Once”, alongside original scores from some of the greatest sci-fi films of all time (e.g., “Star Wars”, “Star Trek”, and “Close Encounters of the Third Kind”).

In addition, you’ll hear music about events that actually inspired the writers, directors, and composers to create these monumental works of science fiction in the first place.

Welcome to The Northwest Arkansas Music Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony!

The Northwest Arkansas Music Hall of Fame, founded in June 2023, was established to honor those who have made extraordinary contributions to the music industry in and around our region. It is a testament to the rich musical heritage of Northwest Arkansas.

Through it’s recognition and awards, the Northwest Arkansas Musicians Connection helps to foster a vibrant and thriving music community. It is a testament to the rich musical heritage of the region and its commitment to nurturing new talents and celebrating established ones.

Join us at the Fayetteville Public Library for a night of celebrating local music legends. Get ready to witness the magic as we honor the artists who have shaped the music scene in our community.

Doors to VIP Inductees open at 5p, General Admission at 6p for Cocktail Hour, Ceremony begins at 7p.

This red-carpet, Star-studded evening will showcase live musical performances from 2024 Inductees, hosted by the School of Rock Hall of Fame All-Star Band.

Whether intricately fingerpicking Martin or playing hair-raising slide on a National Steel, Tinsley Ellis delivers each song with unvarnished intimacy. Ellis has been playing for over four decades, delivering his feral, guitar-fueled, original electric blues-rock to ever-growing audiences.

He has been immersed in music his whole life, joining the Atlanta blues band, the Alley Cats, in 1977 and forming The Heartfixers in 1981. He has shared stages with Christone “Kingfish” Ingram, The Allman Brothers, Warren Haynes, Oliver Wood, Gov’t Mule, Widespread Panic and more. “Ellis is a powerful and commanding presence. His music is impossible not to enjoy” stated Blues Music Magazine.

We are hosting a Holiday pop-up Art Market with over 35 local makers bringing their work to sell to you all in one place! We will also be serving light bites, ice cream, and refreshments. Free parking and free to attend, indoor event.
PLUS—Chef Todd is happy to invite you to a short cooking demonstration at 2:00pm! Details to come, but you get to taste what you learn how to cook.
