For only $45 enjoy your very own boozy cocktail + a floral arranging workship! All supplies will be provided, each attendee gets to choose their own vase and all the flowers you want to stock it with! Join us for a Sunday Night Social you will love! An exciting evening of painting, poetry, music, good vibes, in partnership with My-T-By-Design.

This event is free and open to the public. If you want to participate in the paint experience, RSVP soon because space is limited! If you're not wanting to paint, you're welcome to come enjoy the poetry, music, and atmosphere.

Join Melody for an evening of soothing sound and breath work, the 3rd Sunday of each month, 7:15-8:45pm.

As we find stillness, we will soften and release into sound using a variety of instruments including crystal and metal singing bowls. The vibration will permeate our bodies and spirits as it dissolves any lingering tension and allows us to soften more deeply into our selves and into the moment.

The sound bath will be split up into 20 minute increments with time for silence and integration in between.

Bring pillows, props, blankets and anything else you'd like to feel cozy!
