It’s back!! Friday May 16 5-9pm

Y’all loved the first valentine’s edition of Cozy & Craft with @ozarkknitco & @the_cozy_librarian so we thought we’d bring it back for some summer flower power!

CHB will provide real flowers for flower arranging (bring your own vase) and flower crowns!

@ozarkknitco is bringing paper, tissue paper, yarn, and more for paper flower bouquets, and knit or crocheted flowers!

@the_cozy_librarian will have blind book dates and book cozies for purchase!

This event is free to join and we encourage bringing your own crafts too! All ages welcome!

Plein Air Painting in the Ramble
Join us for our watercolor & acrylic nature painting workshops! Enjoy some time outside and be inspired by the nature around you. This workshop is open to adults ages 18+ — bring a friend, special someone, or just yourself!

This workshops is free to Fayetteville City Residents thanks to the sponsorship by City of Fayetteville, Parks and Rec & Arts and Culture Departments

FRIDAY DATES: 5:30 PM — Students will meet at CCC for a brief introduction. Instructor will lead students to the Upper or Lower Ramble to paint with gouache, watercolors, or acrylic on paper or stretched canvas.
7 :30 PM — Students will return to CCC to discuss the experience.

Join Dr. Cory Gargas at Pink Fern for an engaging workshop designed to elevate your plant skills! The session will feature a slideshow presentation that walks you through the process of creating your own plant mount. You’ll gain insights into each step, from selecting the right materials to arranging your plant for optimal aesthetic appeal and take home your creation!

We’ll discuss which plants work best for mounting, focusing on varieties that not only look stunning but also adapt well to a mounted environment. You’ll learn about their growth habits, light requirements, and how to choose plants that complement each other in terms of care. Additionally, we’ll cover essential tips for ongoing care, including watering techniques and light requirements.

Bring your questions and enthusiasm, as there will be plenty of opportunities for hands-on practice and personal guidance. Whether you’re a green thumb or just starting out, this workshop at Pink Fern promises to be both informative and inspiring!

All materials included and classes usually last 1.5-2 hours.

We’re teaming up with the Market to bring donation-based yoga to the square every 1st & 3rd Saturday from 9–10 AM, starting May 3rd. Each session features a new instructor and a fresh flow to match the energy of the morning market. Donate by cash or Venmo.

Come early, lay down your mat, and soak in the vibrant atmosphere of local vendors, fresh produce, and mindful movement.

Adult First Ride

This FREE 3-part class is intended for adults who either never learned how to ride a bike or have not been on a bike in a long time. Adult First Ride starts with a balance-first method and covers foundational skills like balance, pedaling, steering, shifting, braking, turning, and safety. Our trained Trailblazers staff and volunteers will guide you every step of the way. Anyone who participates in the full program can then receive a FREE refurbished bike and helmet, thanks to our partnership with Pedal It Forward. Open to ages 14-99!

Bikes and helmets are provided for the first 15 registrants, and classes are held in secure paved lots or indoor locations (depending on season and venue).

Gentle Partner Stretching

Learn gentle partner stretching with Diana Michelle and Khira! This is a beginner's class in partner stretching.

This is a beginner's class in partner stretching, in which both participants are active and assist each other in dynamic stretching.

Take your stretching to the next level with your friend, partner, roommate, next-door neighbor, or literally anyone—or we will pair you up with someone!

Bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water, pillows, and cushions—whatever you need to be most comfortable, as most of the moves will be done on the floor. Modifications are provided if you have limited mobility, and there will be a few extra mats on hand for use.

Diana Michelle, of Fine Art of Massage, specializes in Thai massage and somatic integration. She is also a Creative Spaces studio artist with an emphasis in photography and experimental film. Khira loves sharing her knowledge and is passionate about teaching yoga and movement therapy. She is also a Thai massage therapist.

We're back at it again this year at Six Twelve for one of the most fun and FREE nights you'll get around Northwest Arkansas. BLKCPTL and Big Day Entertainment of NWA presents the Hilltop Hip-Hop OPEN MIC SERIES! Every other month starting in March, we'll be showcasing some of the best talent the Natural State has to offer, as well as allowing others to present their talents.
