The venue, Centennial Park, is located just 10 minutes from the heart of vibrant and charming downtown Fayetteville. 
Teams of 8 (or 4) will set out to conquer three incredibly unique, clean single-track trails. You’ll run up and around the rollercoaster of world class mountain biking trails at Centennial Park.

Runners will also flow through the lush forest of Kessler Mountain, surrounded by granite slabs, vibrant moss, and breathtaking views of the Ozarks. 
When you’re not out there cruising through the course, you’ll kick it with your team as you camp under billions of stars at Ragnar Village.

Rest your legs next to the campfire, chow down on s’mores, and relax with your team. Come early for a bonus day of camping, campfires, and fun!

Event is Friday and Saturday.  Event is over at 7pm on Saturday.

NWAKC 2025 Dog Shows

This event will showcase over 450 dogs from across several states, offering a unique opportunity for dog lovers of all ages to experience the excitement of the American Kennel Club (AKC) competitive world. The esteemed judges are coming from US and Canada.

Please note: only dogs entered in the show may attend.

Event highlights include:

· All-Breed Conformation Shows

· AKC National Owner-Handled Series (following Best of Breed judging)

· Junior Showmanship Competitions

· Beginner Puppy Class

· Plush Puppy Parade – a fun event for children ages 5 and under

· Lure Coursing Demonstrations

· Fetch Test Challenges

Spectators are encouraged to bring a folding chair for their comfort as seating is not provided. With free parking and admission, this is a perfect family outing or chance to learn more about purebred dogs and responsible ownership.

Lake Fayetteville Exploration: Earth Day Ephemerals (Wildflower Walk)

Celebrate Earth Day with a stroll through the beauty of spring wildflowers! Join us to search for and identify these delicate, fleeting blooms while learning about their role in the ecosystem. This family-friendly hike will be about 1 mile long, with some elevation changes and rocky terrain.

9am-11am - Hike

Ticket prices are by donation.

Suggested donation is $10/adult, $5/child 17 and under

This community event explores the wonderful world of math beyond the classroom – with fascinating patterns, puzzles and questions. Members of the Department of Mathematical Sciences will share their love and joy of mathematics through a variety of hands-on activities for the whole family (preschool to high school!), including math games, puzzles, art and more.

The Department of Mathematical Sciences is committed to high-level mathematical research and mathematics instruction and to the values of a broad, interdisciplinary education, preparing students for a variety of different career goals, including industry, education, and further graduate study. Toad & Fairy Houses

Bring the whole family to make homes for fairies out of clay! We’ll make unique and decorative little houses that will look great in your yard. Each student will make the clay project start to finish and paint it with colored slips! These creations also make a safe and cool place for frogs and toads to stay cool during the day! Your amphibious neighbors will eat the bugs that would otherwise end up in your garden! Great for families and all ages!
