Garden Foundations with Paul Deer

On Saturday, April 13th, from 9 to noon, Apple Seeds' own Paul Deer will lead a workshop on garden foundations. This workshop is all about how to make gardening approachable and enjoyable, and will include tips for people looking to start a garden, such as choosing the site for your garden, creating beds, starting seeds, watering, and weed management. Paul will also cover the basics of sheet mulching, simple soil care, recommended beginning plants, and managing Bermuda Grass.
