Homegrown Music Festival has been rooted in the Ozarks since 2016 and prides itself on being a sustainable, family-friendly approach to live music. This year’s festival is a little different in that it is taking place in Fayetteville, showcasing more mountain sports and one of our favorite parts, IT’S FREE.

Fayetteville will host the 41st annual Joe Martin Stage Race and Gran Fondo on April 12-15. The event is one of the longest and continually held races in the country, and has become one of the premiere events on the professional cycling tour. 

Along with celebrating its 41st anniversary as an amateur race, this will be the 16th year the Joe Martin Stage Race is included on the USA Cycling Professional Race Tour and the fourth year on the Union Cycliste International America's Tour calendars. The PRT is the pro and elite amateur cycling tour of USA Cycling.

Fayetteville Yoga Fest is a three-day festival that takes place amongst the Ozark Mountains in Fayetteville, Arkansas on May 4-6th, 2018. The event is a celebration of movement, music and mindful living, with a msision to build a community that cultivates compassion, creativity and connection.

The festival features more than 60 yoga classes over the course of three days, including both outdoor & indoor yoga classes for all levels and age groups. In addition to yoga classes, the event will also offer meditation, live music, kids yoga, group hikes, thought-provoking discussions & presentations, art, food and shopping (with local, earth-conscious vendors).

The third annual Frozen Toes 15K Trail Run will take place Saturday, January 13, 2018 on the Kessler Mountain Trails. The race is perfect for runners looking to transition from a 5K or 10K to a longer distance and will be a great opportunity to see the newly expanded, multi-purpose trails on Kessler Mountain.

Thirty years of Arkansas Mountain Biking culminates April 6-8 for one amazing weekend of celebration at the birthplace of Arkansas Mountain Biking— Devils Den State Park!

Get ready for a one of a kind cycling experience you don’t want to miss! Fayetteville’s new cyclocross event, CycloFrost, will take place on Saturday, December 9 at Lake Fayetteville’s North Shore.

Fayetteville residents love craft beer, and love to ride bikes. Sometimes, we even do both at the same time!

The Miracle Travel Works (MTW) Poker Ride will be held on Sunday, September 17, and combines Fayetteville’s bike trails with several breweries on the Fayetteville Ale Trail— all for a good cause. Miracle Travel Works helps families with seriously ill or injured children travel as they undergo urgent medical treatments.

One of the most popular things to do in Northwest Arkansas is held in September and ends on the Fayetteville Historic Downtown Square.

Square 2 Square, a 30-mile bike ride on the Razorback Regional Greenway between Bentonville and Fayetteville, will be held Saturday, Sept. 16. The event is for anyone who likes to bike, support the local cycling scene or burn calories!
