Sarah Mesko 'Through the Years'

The opener for the Faulkner Performing Arts Center’s 2018-19 season will feature the operatic talents of Sarah Mesko. Mesko, with pianist Lyndon Meyer, will perform 'Through The Years’, an assortment of musical selections that take the audience on a journey through composers and styles from multiple eras.

Praised by The Washington Post for her “consistently beautiful sound,” Sarah Mesko is rapidly gaining attention for her “rich mezzo-soprano” voice and musicality.  A native of Hot Springs, Arkansas, Mesko holds a master of music degree in vocal performance from Rice University and a bachelor of music degree in vocal and flute performance from the University of Arkansas. The show will take place on Friday, September 7, 2018, from 7:00 to 9:00 in the evening.
