Oz Cross Cycling Event
  • Event date: 2018-11-11

Plan your fall trip to Fayetteville and race at a challenging new venue on Millsap Mountain! Oz Cross will weave through Veterans Day Weekend - November 10 and 11, just minutes from downtown Fayetteville.

Fayetteville is already well-known to cyclists across the region and the country for the Joe Martin Stage Race, its dense network of amazing single track mountain bike trails, and for being a flat-out fun place to spend a weekend. Now it’s also home to some of the best cyclo-cross racing in the South.

This two-day event is part of USA Cycling's American Cyclo-cross Calendar (ACXC), a series of races held nationwide. It’s also one of six local races included in the NWA CX Series, which began in September and runs through early December in cities across the region. Racers of all levels are welcome to participate.

Prizes will be awarded to racers each day including a $1,500 total prize list for Elite Women and Elite Men - equal prize money.  Merchandise prizes will be awarded for all other categories. Discounted registration prices are available for Cat. 4/5 racers and Juniors race FREE. New cross racers are encouraged to sign up!

Not a Cyclo-cross rider?! Locals and visitors alike are invited to the mountain to cheer on the racers and watch this epic elite event. Spectatorship is FREE and encouraged!

More information about the weekend festival can be found on the Oz Cross website including schedules, a map, parking, etc. You can also register to participate in the ride here
