The City of Fayetteville and University of Arkansas have partnered with VeoRide to be the exclusive provider of the city and university’s bike share program.
VeoRide, a dockless bike sharing system, works through the VeoRide mobile app and website, similar to ride share programs such as Uber. Users will be able to locate, reserve and unlock available bikes at designated areas throughout the city and university campus.
Most of the fleet will be uniquely branded featuring Razorback colors and logos of the university, city and Experience Fayetteville.
Organizers are planning an initial launch event in September.
